Description
The day after a light snowfall, the rugged Quoddy Head coastline is still partially covered with snow. Rust colored rocks peak through the snow and small waves crash at the exosed black base of the rocks at low tide. The rocky coast is capped with an evergreen forest and overhead is a blue sky streaked with high wispy clouds. Grand Manan Island can be seen in the distance on the horizon. This stretch of Maine coastline is also known as the Bold Coast. Digitally manipulated for a painterly/artistic effect. Copyright Bill Caldwell / ABeautifulSky Photography.
Large fine art prints are available up to 96 inches x 48 inches.
Featured in Maine Fine Art Photographers Group, Wisconsin Flowers and Scenery Group, and Comfortable Art Group.
