My zen cat Destiny recently transitioned to the non-physical. Later that day when I was meditating, she connected with me and she shared a few thoughts with me. She is a powerful spiritual teacher and this is what she had to say:
“The physical life can be quite challenging at times, so go easy on yourself and others. Just do your best and let go of judgment. From the perspective of the soul, from the perspective of Source, we are all heroes just for having been here. There is great love here for you.”
