Inspirational words from Abraham-Hicks about the "art of appreciation." Using color infrared film and a combination of filters, the clouds and sky, illuminated by the setting sun, take on vibrant shades of green, yellow, and cyan. Two trees standing on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean are silhouetted against this colorful sunset in Santa Barbara, California.

Bill Caldwell has always loved hiking and the outdoors so his artistic photography is based in the natural world--landscapes, seascapes, and macro/close-ups of flowers, leaves, rocks, and driftwood, as well as abstracts created from his macro images. After earning his BA degree in industrial and scientific photography in 1978, he spent 20 years in the US Air Force as a Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) navigator. Now he's pursuing his lifelong love of landscape and artistic photography along with his enduring interest in spirituality including certification in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET).
