The sun shines through the branches of a tree at the top of Doe Mountain in this beautifully uplifting Sedona sunset. The sun’s rays skim across the red rocks and illuminate the clouds streaking across a blue sky in this dramatic southwest landscape. One of my favorite places, Doe Mountain is located in Arizona's Red Rock Country near Sedona. This contre-jour landscape created with digitally manipulated photographic art. Bill, I'm in awe of your composition here. It is like a composition from the gods! Utterly sublime. The rocks and even the fields seem to form a triangular shape which gives amazing perspective going into the distance and then those shapes seem to be perfectly mirrored by the cloud formations. I have noticed this synchronicitous "happening" before in your works and it always gives rise to great art.The sunlight shining through the tree completes the magic in a way words cannot describe.
