The blue waters of the Gulf of Maine stretch out to the horizon as small waves lap at the rugged rocks that line the coast near Thunder Hole at Acadia National Park, Maine. High clouds drift across a blue sky, the remnants of a storm that soaked the region earlier that day. My brother came to visit so we drove down to Acadia but it was pourig rain that morning. Luckily, the storm cleared out and it turned into a beautiful day.
